Yvonne’s Easy Salmon Mousse

15 oz. can of Pink Salmon
8 oz. block of Neufchatel Cheese
juice of 1 large lemon
dash of cayenne pepper


Remove skin and bones from the canned salmon. Puree all in a food
processor until smooth. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
