1 regular banana peeled (length to personal preference)
1/4 cup crushed nuts
1 ½ or 2 cups vanilla soy ice cream
1/2 cup shaved chocolate
1 maraschino cherry
Freeze banana overnight. Place soy (or regular) ice cream in individual serving bowl. Lightly roll peeled, frozen banana in crushed nuts. Place banana upright in ice cream. Spread whipped cream around base of banana and dust with shaved chocolate. Top banana with cherry.
NOTE: Either dark, milk,
or white chocolate can be used.
