Yvonne's Yummy Hummus

I have enjoyed hummus at many restaurants and seen many recipes.
This version is smooth and tangy and quick to fix with a food processor. It makes a good dip for fresh veggies and pita bread.

3 to 5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 can cooked chick peas (garbanzos)
1/2 cup tahini
juice of 2 medium lemons
dash of cayenne

Blend all in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Spread on a large serving plate. Top with a little olive oil
and sprinkle with paprika.
