Cilantro burger

1 bunch cilantro
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine the cilantro, oil and garlic into a blender or food processor to make a pesto. Pulse the machine a couple times until the mixture is smooth but not totally uniform. Add both beef and pork to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the pesto and mix everything together.
Form the meat mixture into four (4) patties then salt and pepper both sides.
Grill the patties over medium high heat for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
