Easy Food Processor French Bread

Herb & Asiago
MIX
1/2 cup warm water (105)
1 1/2 package dry yeast
1tsp sugar
use above for yeast mixture
BLEND
31/2 cups of flour
2tsp salt
1tsp sugar
4tbs dry basil
4tbs dry rosemary
1/4 cup
grated asiago cheese
1 cup warm water
Grease Baguette
Pan
Mix dry
ingredients and add warm water and yeast mixture. Let processor
run for 30 to 40 secs. If mixture is too dry or wet, add water
of flour as needed until dough make a firm ball.
Transfer
dough to lightly floured surface and knead for several turns.
Divide dough in half and roll into two cylinders 8 to 10 inches
long. Transfer to pan and let rise 45 minutes (about doubled
in size).
After 30
min place racks in middle and lower quarter of oven. Place a
low pan of water on lower rack and pre-heat to 450. Bake at
450 for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 400.
Bake until
golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped with a finger.
